Decluttering doesn't mean you have to get rid of all of your belongings. Even if you did, clutter would return as you began collecting stuff again. Decluttering is more about becoming organized. If your belongings don't have a permanent storage place they are always returned to when you finish with them, you will leave them laying around or stash them in drawers never to be seen again. Next time you need a tool, you won't be able to find it. You'll have a whole house full of stuff yet you won't know where anything is because you have one big unorganized mess. It is nearly impossible to have a smooth flowing carefree life when you live with clutter.
Similar to organizing your garage, sometimes finding ways to store all of the items in your kitchen can be a difficult task as well. Organizing your cabinets, drawers, and refrigerator are crucial steps to getting your kitchen in order. Refrigerators and cabinets hold a certain amount of space that can be wasted if not utilized properly. There are organizational products you can invest in that will enable you to properly use all of the space you are given. While removing the clutter of your kitchen can at times be a challenge, with the appropriate items you will be able to maximize every nook and cranny in your kitchen, making future cleaning and organizing much more manageable.
Your mind is racing with thoughts even as you sleep. You know, the got to dos, forgot to dos, want to dos, shouldve done, wouldve done, wish you had done- that clutter of self-talk that can rob you of a peaceful nights sleep. By the time you awake in the morning, your mind is already thinking of things. What am I going to wear today? What am I going to do with my hair? What am I going to fix for dinner? All of your thoughts, ideas, chores and worries are whirling around in your head. Its no wonder that youre tired even before your feet hit the floor! Then, youre up and running-starting a new day with fresh junk to take up space in that mental junk drawer. Some of what you put in may be healthy, like those light-bulb ideas or the resolution of a puzzle. But often, what we store are those random thoughts of past worries, fears, negativity and disappointments.
I have a bone to pick about cinnamon. How many of you really know what spice you have in your cupboards. Are you sure it really is cinnamon.
